Our story so far
The business commenced in 1991, through the purchase of a trading office, LJ Hooker Blacktown. In 1997 we separated from the Residential arm of the business and became one of the founding LJ Hooker Commercial franchises to concentrate solely on our Commercial strengths, operating out of Parramatta and Blacktown. We have since become one of western Sydney’s leading independently owned commercial real estate agencies.
In 2021, after years of office growth including a number of high-profile acquisitions along the way , we embarked on the next part of our journey launching – Solve Commercial Real Estate
This new brand has allowed us to evolve into the holistic independent business we are today, and now 27 years after our foundation as a solely commercial specialist office we look forward to continuing our journey.
